NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the city of Kootenai city council will hold a public hearing on the 10th day of July, 2006, at 7:00 p.m., at Kootenai City Hall, 204 Spokane St, Kootenai, Idaho for the purpose on hearing a conditional use permit request to allow Trillion Partners Inc. to install a utility mono-pole at a height of 120 ft. for wireless communications on the property currently owned by Lake Pend Oreille School District #84 located at 301 Sprague, Kootenai, Idaho, more particularly described as follows:

Lots 5, 6, 7, and 8 in Block 6 of Kootenai, as shown by plat and dedication recorded in Book 1 of Plats, Page 84, records of Bonner County, Idaho;

Also, that part of the E1/2SW1/4 of Section 1, Township 57 North, Range 2 West, Boise Meridian, Bonner County, Idaho, described as follows:

Beginning at a point 1300 feet North and 902 feet West of the quarter corner in the South line of Said Section 1; thence West 218 feet; thence North 684.9 feet; more or less, to the North boundary line of the S1/2NE1/4SW1/4 of said Section 1; thence East on said North boundary line 213 feet; thence South 684.9 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.

All persons desiring to be heard concerning said conditional use permit should be in attendance. Said application is available for review in the office of the City Clerk at Kootenai City Hall, 204 Spokane St. Kootenai, Idaho, 83840, 265-2431, during regular business hours.
