NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE is hereby given that the Ponderay Planning and Zoning Commission shall conduct Public Hearings on Wednesday, the 12th day of July, 2006, at Ponderay City Hall, 288 4th Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. Said hearings are for the purpose of public input for the following:
1. A request by W. Grant Nixon for preliminary plat approval to subdivide one (1) acre into two (2) one-half +/- (1/2) acre commercials lots. N2 Tax 20 less Highway R/W, (parcel 30) 11-57N-2W. Located at 476929 Hwy 95. Known as the Ponderay Carwash and Q. C. Financial.
2. A special use permit request by Lake Pend Oreille School District to erect a 100- foot monopole for district network communications. Tax 44 less T 53 & 94, 11-57N-2W. Located at 910 Triangle Drive. Known as the Lake Pend Oreille School District Office.

Written comments over one (1) page in length must be received by the City of Ponderay Planning and Zoning Commission, P.O. Box 500, Ponderay, Idaho 83852, one week prior to the hearing date.
