Cocolalla Lake Association will conduct a Eurasian Watermilfoil treatment during the approximate period of July 10, 2006 through July 14, 2006 of Cocolalla Lake near-shore waters. A licensed applicator will apply an aquatic herbicide, Navigate, active ingredient 2,4-D.

Water use restrictions: Cocolalla Lake shall not be used for domestic water supply purposes for at least 5 days following treatment or until chemical monitoring indicates 2,4-D levels are less than 0.070 mg/l. Cocolalla Lake shall not be used for irrigation purposes until monitoring indicates 2,4-D levels are less than 0.10 mg/l. For information call Cocolalla Lake Association at (208) 263-4157.

NOTICE OF HEARING on Name Change

A Petition to change the name of Dorcas Marie Meglich, born 03/02/60, in Mt. Clemens, Michigan, residing at 320 Grandview Ave., Hope, has been filed in Bonner County District Court, Idaho. The name will change to Tabitha Marie Meglich because Tabitha is more of a socially recognized name. The petitioner's father has died and the names and addresses of his closet blood relatives are: Ruth Ellen Cavell 4167 S. Co. Rd. 125 E Greencastle, IN 46135. The petitioner's mother is living and her address is 14083 N. Seymour Rd. Montrose, MI. A hearing on the petition is scheduled for 9:30 o'clock a.m. on July 24, 2006, at the Bonner County Courthouse. Objections may be filed by any person who can, in such objections, show to the Court a good reason against such the name change.
