NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Sandpoint Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at their regular meeting on Tuesday March 21, 2006, at 5:30 p.m. in the council chambers at City Hall, 1123 Lake Street, Sandpoint, ID, to consider the following:
1. S06-02 (Centennial Place)- A request by Jason & Kelly Thielbahr for preliminary subdivision approval of an 8 lot subdivision in the Residence "B" zone. The site is located south of Cedar Street, west of Monroe Avenue and is located at the western end of the existing Oak Street right-of-way. The legal description is a portion of Block 13 of Ohadi Acres in Section 21, Township 57 North, Range 2 W.B.M.
2. S06-04/PUD05-03 (Cedar Green)- A request by Grey Hecht & Kyler Wolf for final Planned Unit Development approval and preliminary subdivision approval of an 18 lot subdivision in the Residence "B" zone. The site is located west of Division Avenue at the northwest corner of the intersection of Cedar Street and Monroe Avenue and described as Lot C, Block 7, Ohadi Acres in Section 21, Township 57 North, Range 2 W.B.M.
3. OA06-01 - The City has initiated an amendment to Sandpoint City Code 9-5-14 regarding the screening, landscaping and lighting requirements for parking lots within the City.
