Lorraine Frances Lewis, 84, passed away in Sandpoint, Idaho, on Friday, March 3, 2006.

Private family services will be held at a later date.

Lorraine was born in San Francisco, Calif., on Sept. 24, 1921. She grew up in the San Francisco Bay area and graduated from high school in San Francisco. She married Victor Lewis in 1939 in San Francisco.

She lived in the San Francisco Bay area, Santa Rosa, and the Napa Valley of California. In 1964 she moved to Grants Pass, Ore., and then to Everett, Wash., in 1979. She moved to Sagle, Idaho, in 2002.

Lorraine enjoyed doing things with her family and playing bingo.

She is survived by three sons; Ronald Lewis of Phoenix, Ariz., Sid Lewis of Lake Stevens, Wash., and Coford Lewis of Sagle; four grandchildren, Jeremy, Melissa, Zachary and Chad; six great-grandchildren; and her sister, Laverne Giambruno of Oroville, Calif.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a daughter, a brother and three sisters.

Final arrangements are under the care of Coffelt Funeral Services.
