PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The East Hope City Council will conduct a public hearing on a proposal by the City to amend the Zoning Ordinance of the City of East Hope (Ordinance #218)

The proposed amendments regard amending lot size standards so as to allow 1/2 acre parcels where 1 acre is currently required. Said 1/2 acre lots would be required to have City water and Ellisport Bay Sewer utility services and have frontage along a public right-of—way existing at the time of the effecting date of the ordinance amendment.

The public hearing will be conducted on Tuesday, March 2, 2006 at 6:30 p.m. at the East Hope City Hall located at 505 Wellington Place, East Hope, ID.
