NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Sandpoint City Council will hold public hearings at a special meeting on Wednesday, March 29, 2006, at 5:30 p.m. in the council chambers at City Hall, 1123 Lake Street, Sandpoint, ID, to consider the following:
1. S05-06 (Bridge View)- A request by Troy Krumenaker for preliminary subdivision approval of 1.88 acres into six (6) lots. The property is located in the NW 1 / 4 of Section 27, Township 57 North, Range 2 W.B.M., and is southwest of the intersection of Merton and Elm streets. The zoning is Residence "A". The Planning Commission recommended approval of this application.
2. A05-02 and ZC05-07 - A request by Jerry and Dorothea Van Ooyen for zoning in conjunction with annexation of an approximately 10-acre parcel lying east of North Boyer Avenue north of its intersection with Schweitzer Cutoff Road. The property is described as the S 1 / 2 of the N 1 / 2 of the SW 1 / 4 of the SE 1 / 4 of Section 3, Township 57 North, Range 2 W.B.M. The Applicant requests an initial zoning designation of Residence "A" for the property. The Planning Commission recommended approval of this application.
3. S06-03 - (Spring Haven) - A request by Jerry and Dorothea Van Ooyen for preliminary subdivision approval of an 18-lot development pending annexation of the site with an initial zoning designation of Residence "A." The approximately 10-acre parcel property is described as the S 1 / 2 of the N 1 / 2 of the SW 1 / 4 of the SE 1 / 4 of Section 3, Township 57 North, Range 2 W.B.M. The Planning Commission recommended approval of this application.
4. A05-03 and ZC05-08 - A request by E.G. (Pete) Thompson & Allen Marley for zoning in conjunction with annexation of an approximately 21-acre parcel lying north of Schweitzer Cutoff Road, west of Sand Creek, and east and southeast of Vedelwood Subdivision. The property is located in a portion of Section 3, Township 57 North, Range 2 W.B.M. The Applicants request an initial zoning designation of Residence "A" for the property. The Planning Commission recommended approval of this application.
