(HUNT) BENJAMIN, and any other persons or entities claiming an interest in the real property described in the heading of this Summons, above, as follows:

You have been sued by JAMES B. WHITE and KATHERINE T. WHITE, husband and wife, the Plaintiffs, in the District Court of the First Judicial District in and for Bonner County, Idaho, Case No. CV-2006-00245.

The nature of the claim against you is to quiet title to the real property in Bonner County, Idaho described in the heading of this Summons.

Any time after 20 days following the last publication of this Summons, the court may enter a judgment against you without further notice, unless prior to that time you have filed a written response in the proper form, including the Case No., and paid any required filing fee to the Clerk of the Court at 215 S. 1st Ave., Sandpoint, ID 83864, telephone number (208) 265-1434, and served a copy of your response on the Plaintiff's attorney at101 N. 4th Ave., Sandpoint, ID 83864, telephone number (208)265-2276.
