CALL FOR BID FOR SCHOOL BUSES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Board of Trustees of Lake Pend Oreille School District No. 84, Bonner County Idaho, for the purchase of school buses.

Bid documents and detailed specifications are available from Gail Curless at 1700 Baldy Mountain Road, Sandpoint, Idaho 83864, between the hours of 8 a.m. and

5 p.m. Monday through Friday until day of bid opening.

Bids must be submitted on or before 10:00 AM on Wednesday, April 26, 2006 to Clerk of the Board of Trustees, Lake Pend Oreille School District Office, 901 Triangle Drive, Ponderay, Idaho 83852. Bids received after the stated time and date will not be considered. At the stated time and place, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Please indicate on outside of bid envelope "Bus Bid".

The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all bids and proposals and to waive any irregularities, and to be the sole judge of the suitability of the interest of the School District.

NOTICE OF HEARING on Name Change

A Petition to change the name of Louis Joseph Baribault, born 2/10/48, in Idaho Falls, ID, now residing at 422 S. Jacobson Rd., Sandpoint, has been filed in Bonner County District Court, Idaho, as Case No. CV06-918. The name will change to Louie Joseph Baribeau, because my name is French and 90% of the people mispronounce it. The petitioner's father has died and the names and addresses of his closest blood relatives are: Michelle Young, 22870 Reno Ave., Gerber, CA 96035. The petitioner's mother has died and the names and addresses of her closest blood relatives are: Norma PFost, 1779 Gallup Dr. Idaho Falls, ID 83401. A hearing on the petition is scheduled for 9:30 o'clock a.m. on April 10, 2006, at the County Courthouse. Objections may be filed by any person who can, in such objections, show to the Court a good reason against such a change of name.
