NOTICE OF HEARING on Name Change

A Petition to change the name of Laura Mae Flannery, born 9/7/1990, in Minneapolis, MN, residing at 10010 Colburn Culver Rd., Sandpoint, has been filed in Bonner County District Court, Idaho. The name will change to Laura Mae Franzel, because Laura has used Franzel for almost 7 years & hasn't seen her biological father in 7 yrs. The petitioner's father is living and his address is 525 Park Ln. Long Lake, MN 83851. The petitioner's mother is living and her address is 10010 Colburn Culver Rd., Sandpoint, ID 83864. A hearing on the petition is scheduled for 9:30 o'clock a.m. on April 24, 2006, at the County Courthouse. Objections may be filed by any person who can, in such objections, show to the Court a good reason against such a change of name.
