NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Sandpoint Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at their regular meeting on Tuesday April 4, 2006, at 5:30 p.m. in the council chambers at City Hall, 1123 Lake Street, Sandpoint, ID, to consider the following:

1. CUP06-01 (Swede's Auto Repair)- A request by Joe Duarte for a Conditional Use Permit to allow changes in an existing nonconforming use located in the Residence "A" zone. The property is located in Block 9 of Ohadi's Acres, commonly known as 425 North Division.

2. CUP06-02 (Jehovah's Witness Kingdom Hall)- A request by the North Congregation of Jehovah's Witness for a Conditional Use Permit to allow construction of a church in the Residence "A" zone. The property is located on the west side of Boyer Avenue between Culvers Drive and Ebbett Way and described as Lots 3 and 4, Samuelson Place.
