NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

NOTICE is hereby given that the Ponderay Planning and Zoning Commission shall conduct Public Hearings on Wednesday, the 12h day of April, 2006, at Ponderay City Hall, 288 4th Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. Said hearings are for the purpose of public input for the following:

1. A special use request by Steve Geiger dba NW Pre-Stain, for a light industrial use (a pre-stain

and finish shop) in the commercial zone. W 200 Ft of S2S2NESWNW, W 200 FT of N 134.8 ft of SESWNW of S11-T57N-R2W. Located at 1200 Triangle Drive. Known as the north half of the Selkirk Welding and Machinery parcel.

2. A special use request by Thomas Wilson, dba Wilson Auto Center, for auto repair and residential use in the commercial zone. Lots 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, and 24 together with one-half of that portion of the vacated street adjacent thereto. Located at Birch Street & SH-200. The vacant parcel east of Birch Street bordering SH-200.

Written comments over one (1) page in length must be received by the City of Ponderay Planning and Zoning Commission, P.O. Box 500, Ponderay, Idaho 83852, one week prior to the hearing date.
