Hilda Lorraine Miller, 85

Hilda Lorraine Miller, 85, of Sagle, Idaho, died Wednesday, March 22, 2006, at Western Arizona Regional Medical Center in Bullhead City, Ariz., while vacationing.

She was born April 19, 1920, in Clarke County, Va., the daughter of the late Edward E. and Mary Ellen Carroll Smallwood.

She married Louis Vernon Miller on Aug. 31, 1970, in Las Vegas, Nev.

She was a former restaurant owner and operator in South Gate, Calif., and was a member of the Little Church in the Wildwood in Sagle.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Ray Allen Tomblin and his wife, Patricia, of Winchester, Va.; a daughter, Janie Boyd of Winchester; and a grandson, Rodney A. Tomblin. A sister, Grethel Smallwood, and two brothers, Ivan Smallwood and Wilbur Smallwood, preceded her in death.

A graveside service will be conducted Thursday, March 30, at 1 p.m. at Mt. Hebron Cemetery in Winchester with the Rev. Ross L. Halbersma officiating.
