Reflective paint would ease traffic problems

There is a major effort to solve our traffic accident problems on Highway 95 and Highway 2 by spending massive amounts of money to correct the "design defects." I have noticed that the highway department doesn't use reflective line striping paint like most states do. This inexpensive change would allow people to see which lane they are in and where the edge of the road is when the roads have been sanded or wet. All the spending in the world will not stop people who drive when they shouldn't but for those who can't see well. The reflective paint will help a lot and will not destroy our budget.
