Elgar understands our values, needs

Steve Elgar stands for the same values today as he did 26 years ago when we met Steve, and his family lived in an apartment over the Perch on the University of Idaho campus. His understanding for others and his strong family values were reaffirmed to us recently when he agreed to serve as a pallbearer at Madge's funeral.

He has lived and faced the sacrifices it takes to raise a family in North Idaho. Steve has the education, common sense and perseverance to stand up for us when it seems like North Idaho is far from the minds of Boise. He listens.
