County residents now have their property tax bills in hand. As predicted, due to values increasing fast than local government budgets, most of us will pay smaller tax bills this year than in 2005. That doesn't mean the property tax battle is over.

We must continue the battle with the best leader, Karl Dye. He knows the tax system and will continue the fight for a fairer property tax system to Bonner County.
