Timothy Arlen Perry, 43

Timothy Arlen Perry, 43, of Boise, returned to our Heavenly Father on Saturday, Nov. 18, 2006.

Tim was born on Jan. 21, 1963, in Sandpoint, Idaho, to Harold Chester and Virginia Ellen Kennedy Perry. He grew up and attended schools in Sandpoint, Idaho.

As a young man, Tim served a mission for the L.D.S. Church in Santiago, Chile. From 1984 to 1988, Tim attended Ricks College (BYU-Idaho) studying design drafting. During the summer months, Tim spent a considerable time as a firefighter.

While at Ricks, Tim met his sweetheart Lisa Douglas. They were married on June 27, 1987, in Roseville, Calif., and sealed in the Idaho Falls Temple on July 2, 1988.

Tim and Lisa then moved to Moscow, Idaho, where he studied architecture, graduating in 1994. They came to Boise that same year. Tim began working with BRS Architects in 1995 and was project manager with the firm, designing several of the WINCO stores.

Tim was a gentle giant and a very loyal friend. He had a great love for his family and a great love for the outdoors. Tim was currently serving in the Bishopric of the Orchard Ward.

Tim is survived by his wife, Lisa Perry; two daughters, Kennedy and Olivia (Libby); one son Ryson, all of Boise; three sisters LeaAnne (Jerry) Laughlin of Eagle, Idaho, Francis (Ed) McCall of Morganton, N.C., and Vicki (Todd) Grant of Boise, Idaho; two brothers Cliff (Darlene) Perry of Tacoma, Wash., and Robert Perry of Sandpoint; sister-in-law Leona Perry of Bremerton, Wash.; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Tim is preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Virginia Perry; and two brothers, John and Butch Perry.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov., 22, 2006, at the Curtis Road L.D.S. Church located at 701 S. Curtis Rd., Boise, ID 83705.

Friends may call to visit with the family from noon to 12:45 p.m. at the church prior to the service. Interment will follow at the Dry Creek Cemetery. Services are under direction of the Relyea Funeral Chapel.
