'Good Old Boy Networking' spinning byway findings

The Idaho Transportation Department has come up with a new consulting method called GOBN (Good Old Boy Networking) System. GOBN is accomplished by infiltrating various consulting firms with former high-ranking ITD "spingineers."

A spokesman for the group says, "It will streamline our consulting process, get the job done quicker, and because of our highly-trained spingineers' ability to re-frame reality, no matter what the findings, we will be able to proceed with the project."
