NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE FIRST JUDICIAL DISTRICT OF THE STATE OF IDAHO, IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF BONNER

By virtue of a Writ of Execution in my hands, issued out of the District Court of the First Judicial District of the State of Idaho, in and for the County of Bonner, in the above named case on the 18th day of August, 2006. I have levied upon all right, title and interest of the said defendants in and to the following property, situated in Bonner County, Idaho:

Parcel 1. The South 178.5 of the East half of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest Quarter and the North 630 feet of the East half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 17, Township 54 North, Range 4 West, Boise Meridian, Bonner County, Idaho.

Parcel 2. A non exclusive easement for ingress, egress and utilities over, under and across the following described tracts. The West 60 feet of that part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said, Section 17, Township 54 North, Range 4 West, lying South of the county road. The West 60 feet of the North 600 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 17, Township 54 North, Range 4 West. The South 60 feet of the North 660 feet of the West half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 17, Township 54 North, Range 4 West.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 18th day of October, 2006, at 10:00 o'clock A.M. of said day, at the Courthouse, 215 South First, Sandpoint, Idaho. I will sell all the right, title and interest of said defendants in and to the said above described property, at public auction, to the highest bidder, for cash in lawful money of the United State, to satisfy said Writ of Execution and all costs.
