PUBLIC HEARINGS

NOTICE is hereby given that the Ponderay Planning and Zoning Commission shall conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, the 8h day of November, 2006, at Ponderay City Hall, 288 4th Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. Said hearing is for the purpose of public input for the following:

1. A request by Dana and Mary Ettlin to change the zoning from rural to commercial to allow

for a future RV Park and a fenced storage area and approximately 25 mobile home spaces. S2-T57N-R2W, NE1/2 of Gov Lot 5, W 1/2 of the N 1/2 of Gov Lot 5 less Tax 16, 17. Located at 477995 Hwy 95. Known as the former Pines Trailer Park.

Written comments over one (1) page in length must be received by the City of Ponderay Planning and Zoning Commission, P.O. Box 500, Ponderay, Idaho 83852, one week prior to the hearing date. Any person needing special accommodations to participate in the above noticed meeting should contact the City Clerk's office five (5) days prior to the meeting at 265-5468 or by mail.
