2:15 P.M. - FILE S1380-06 - HORSESHOE ACRES - PRELIMINARY PLAT - TROY & BONNITA DAVIS are requesting approval to subdivide a 63.78 acre parcel into 12 lots of 5 to 7.5 acres in size. The site is zoned Rural and is located off of Peninsula Road, +/-7 miles northeast of the City of Priest River in Section 19, Township 57 North, Range 4 West. The Planning & Zoning Commission at its regularly scheduled public hearing of October 5, 2006, recommended denial of this applicant to the Board of County Commissioners.

2:45 P.M. - FILE V343-04 - VARIANCE REQUEST: WATERFRONT SETBACK - DWIGHT AND PAMELA SHEFFLER are requesting a 26-foot waterfront setback where a 40-foot setback is required, to bring into compliance two additions to an existing single-family dwelling. The applicants are also requesting a +/-1-foot addition to an existing boat house. The site is located off of Eureka Road, +/-17 miles southeast of the city of Sandpoint in Section 26, Township 57 North, Range 1 West. The Board of Commissioners continued this file at its January 18, 2006, public hearing for the applicants' further research or resolution of the lowest floor elevation of the structure.
