NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bonner County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold public hearings at the following times on Thursday, November 16, 2006, in Courtroom 4 of the Bonner County Courthouse, 215 S. First Avenue, Sandpoint, Idaho, to consider the following requests:

5:00 P.M. - FILE S1379-06 - HOWARD'S HAVEN - PRELIMINARY PLAT - J. HANK & JANET L. HESTER are proposing to subdivide a 68.2-acre parcel into six lots ranging from 10.55 to 12.28 acres. 5:30 P.M. - FILE C866-06 - CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A COMMUNICATION TOWER - LAKE PEND OREILLE SCHOOL DISTRICT/TRILLION INC. are seeking conditional use permit approval for a 160-foot tall, monopole communication tower. The 2-acre site is located at the Sagle Elementary School in Section 15, Township 56 North, Range 2 West, B.M. The site is zoned Rural and is accessed by Sagle Road.

5:45 P.M. - FILE S1144-04 - THE CLIFFS ABOVE CONTEST POINT - PRELIMINARY PLAT - JOHN MARSHALL is seeking preliminary plat approval to subdivide +/-35.4 acres into seven residential lots ranging in size from 5 to 6.5 acres. The site is located +/-4 miles in on Bottle Bay Road, southeast of Sandpoint. The property is zoned Rural and is located in Section 30, Township 57 North, Range 1 West.
