Remove sale tax from food

I've always felt, and continue to feel, the sales tax on food is particularly harmful to the poorest of the population. To tax a commodity as necessary as food is immoral to me. I'm very disappointed the Legislature didn't take Idaho's poorest and less fortunate into account.
