NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bonner County Commissioners will hold public hearings at the following times on Wednesday, September 27, 2006, in the Board Room of the Bonner County Courthouse, 215 S. First Avenue, Sandpoint, Idaho, to consider the following requests:

1:45 P.M. - FILE SS1329-06 - BAUSKA ACRES - PRELIMINARY PLAT - LARRY & DIANE BAUSKA are proposing to subdivide a +/-30-acre parcel to create four lots, between +/-4.8 and +/-9.8 acres. The subject property is zoned Rural and is accessed by Peninsula Road in Section 8, Township 57 North, Range 4 West, B.M., +/-9 miles north of the City of Priest River.

2:00 P.M. - FILE SS1281-05 - SHINGLE MILL RANCH ESTATES - PRELIMINARY PLAT - CHARESSE MOORE, ET AL are proposing to subdivide a 40-acre parcel into four lots of 10 acres each. The subject property is zoned Agricultural, and is located off West Shingle Mill Road approximately 3 miles northeast of Kootenai in Section 32 of Township 58 North Range 1 West.

2:15 P.M. - FILE SS1327-06 -RIVERSONG HOMESITES - PRELIMINARY PLAT - MICHAEL DAY is seeking approval to subdivide a +/-24.6-acre parcel into four lots ranging in size from +/-5 to 7.9 acres. The site is zoned Rural and is located off of East Side Road, approximately 7 miles north of the City of Priest River in Section 20, Township 57 North, Range 4 West.

SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 91

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DOVER, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF IDAHO, REQUIRING A FLOODPLAIN DAMAGE PREVENTION ORDINANCE; PROVIDING EXCEPTIONS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; REPEALING CONFLICTING ORDINANCES AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE UPON PUBLICATION.

A summary of the principal provisions of Ordinance Number 91 of the City of Dover, Bonner County, Idaho, and adopted August 10, 2006 is as follows:

SECTION 1 Provides for statutory authorization, findings of fact, purpose and objectives, and a non-exclusive list of methods of reducing Flood losses which include restricting or prohibiting and requiring conditions for certain uses of real property.

SECTION 2 Provides for definitions of terms.

SECTION3 Establishes general provisions for all areas of special flood hazards within the jurisdiction of th City of Dover.

SECTION 4 Provides for administration of the ordinance and permit application processes.

SECTION 5 Establishes non-exclusive provisions for Flood Hazard Reduction.

SECTION 6 Authorizes the City to establish permitting and administrative fees.

SECTION 7 Provides for severability of the ordinance.

SECTION 8 Established an effective date upon publication.
