NOTICE OF HEARING on Name Change

A Petition to change the name of Layne Anthony Brown, born 9/6/57, in White Salmon, WA, now residing at 7573 River Rd., Clark Fork, has been filed in Bonner County District Court, Idaho. The name will change to Layne Anthony Matthews, because I have used my step father's last name for 40 yrs. and consider him my father. The petitioner's father has died. The petitioner's mother is living and her address is HC77 Box 62, Princeton, OR 97721.

A hearing on the petition is scheduled for 9:30 o'clock a.m. on 10/16, 2006, at the Courthouse. Objections may be filed by any person who can, in such objections, show to the Court a good reason against such a name change.
