A Petition by Matthew Lee Nunez, born August 17, 1988 at Roswell, New Mexico, now residing at 858 Berry Patch Loop, Athol, Idaho 83801, proposing a change in name to Matthew Lee Anderson has been filed in the above entitled Court, the reason for this change in name being: I wish to have my name the same as my siblings and the father that raised me.

The petitioner's father is Jerry Lee Nunez. The address is Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Such petition will be heard at Bonner County District Court, and objections may be filed by any person who can, in such objections, show to the Court a good reason against such a change of name. Hearing Date: Wed. 10/18/06, 9:00 a.m. before Honorable Debra Heise at Bonner County Courthouse.
