NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
NOTICE is hereby given that the Ponderay Planning and Zoning Commission shall conduct Public Hearings on Wednesday, the 11th day of October, 2006, at Ponderay City Hall, 288 4th Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. Said hearings are for the purpose of public input for the following:
1. A request by Scott Dempsey for preliminary plat approval to subdivide five (5) acres off of a forty-five-acre parcel, located in a portion of Government Lots 5 and 6, S2-T57N-R2W. Located at 477943 Hwy 95. Commonly know as the Schultze farm.
2 A request by Mauice Griggs for a setback variance from fifteen (15) feet required to four (4)
feet on the east side of the property for a garage. The property is described as 11-57N-2W, Block 17, Lots 1-7. Located at 480 Oak.

Written comments over one (1) page in length must be received by the City of Ponderay Planning and Zoning Commission, P.O. Box 500, Ponderay, Idaho 83852, one week prior to the hearing date. Any person needing special accommodations to participate in the above noticed meeting should contact the City Clerk's office five (5) days prior to the meeting at 265-5468 or by mail.
