NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Rita L. Janisse has been appointed personal representative of the Estate of Michael O. Janisse, deceased. All persons having claims against the decedent or the estate are required to present their claims within four months after the date of the first publication of this Notice, or said claims will be forever barred.

ORDINANCE NUMBER 92

AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2006, APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $1,476,000.00 TO DEFRAY THE EXPENSES AND LIABILITIES OF THE CITY OF DOVER, IDAHO FOR THE SAID FISCAL YEAR AUTHORIZING A LEVY OF SUFFICIENT TAXABLE PROPERTY AND SPECIFYING THE OBJECTS AND PURPOSES FOR WHICH SAID APPROPRIATION IS MADE:

BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and the City Council of the City of Dover, Bonner County, Idaho.

Section 1: That the sum of $1,476,000.00 be, and the same appropriated to defray the necessary expense and liabilities of the City of Dover, Bonner County, Idaho for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2006.

Section 2: The objects and purposes for which appropriation is made, and the amount of each object is as follows:

Section 3:That a general tax levy on all taxable property within the City of Dover be levied in an amount allowed by law for the general purposes for said City, for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2006.

Section 4: All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed.

Section 5: This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force upon its passage, approval and publication in one issue of the Bonner County Daily Bee, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Dover, and the official newspaper of such City.

Passed under suspension of the rules upon which a roll call vote was taken and duly enacted an ordinance of the City of Dover, Bonner County, Idaho at a convened meeting held on the 16th day of September, 2006.
