CORRECTED NOTICE OF TRUSTEE SALE

This Notice is being made to correct the Legal Description of the Property shown on the Original Notice

On Wednesday, 11/08/2006, at the hour of 11:00am, of said day, at the office of FIRST AMERICAN TITLE COMPANY, located at 419 North Second Ave., Sandpoint, Bonner County, Idaho, PIONEER LENDER TRUSTEE SERVICES, LLC, as Successor Trustee; will sell at public auction, to the highest bidder, for cash in lawful money of the United States of America, all payable at the time of sale, the following described real property, situate in BONNER County, Idaho, and described as follows, to-wit:

THE NORTH 132.6 FEET OF LOT 9, 10 AND THE NORTH 132.6 FEET OF THE WEST HALF OF LOT 11, ALL IN BLOCK 4 OF FIRST ADDITION TO CEDAR PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN BOOK 1 OF PLATS, PAGE 100, RECORDS OF BONNER COUNTY, IDAHO

For purposes of compliance with Idaho Code 60-113, the Trustee has been informed that the address of 614 Ockert Street, Oldtown, Idaho may sometimes be associated with said real property.

Said sale will be made without covenant or warranty regarding title, possession or encumbrances to satisfy the obligation secured by and pursuant to the power of sale conferred in the Deed of Trust executed by LARRY R. BRICKER, A MARRIED MAN, AS HIS SOLE AND SEPARATE PROPERTY as Grantor, to PIONEER LENDER TRUSTEE SERVICES, LLC, as Successor Trustee, for the benefit and security of FIELDSTONE MORTGAGE COMPANY as present beneficiary; said Deed of Trust having been recorded 01/09/2006, Official records of BONNER County, Idaho as Instrument No. 695914, and re-recorded 01/27/2006 as Instrument No. 696993.

The above Grantors are named to comply with Idaho Code Section 45-1506 (4)(a). No representation is made that they are or are not presently responsible for this obligation.

The default for which this sale is made is: failure to pay that installment of principal and interest and impounds which became due April 1, 2006, in the amount of $1,325.52, (together with late charges thereon), plus any applicable fees and charges (including the fees and charges associated with this foreclosure action), and failure to pay all subsequent installments thereof. The original principal balance of the obligation secured by said Deed of Trust is $144,000.00, with interest thereon at a rate of 9.350% per annum as evidenced by the Note dated January 03, 2006. The interest rate is adjustable and subject to change on February 01, 2008. All amounts are now due and payable including remaining principal balance of the Note secured by said Deed of Trust in the amount of $143,926.89, accrued interest, impounds, applicable fees and costs, including, but not limited to attorney and trustee's fees and costs; plus advances made by the Beneficiary for the purpose of protecting its security interest in said Deed of Trust.
