Pursuant to Section 58-104(g) and 58-1301, et seq., Idaho Code (The Lake Protection Act) and rules of the State Board of Land Commissioners, notice is hereby given that Linger Longer of 2374 Kalispell Bay Road, Priest Lake, ID 83856 has made application to extend lakeward 30 feet their existing, north community dock by means of a fixed pier 6 feet wide and repositioning existing pilings. The dock will attain a total length from the high water mark of 202 feet. Located on Priest Lake, adjacent to: Tax Number(s) 27, 29, & 30 Linger Longer Condo, Parcel Number RP60N04W068200A, Section 6, Township 60 North, Range 4 West, B.M., in Bonner County.

Written objections to or requests for hearing in this matter must be on file with the Idaho Department of Lands, 4053 Cavanaugh Bay Rd, Coolin, Idaho 83821 within thirty (30) days after the first appearance of this notice. Specific information regarding this application may be obtained from the Director, Department of Lands.
