NOTICE OF DEADLINE FOR FILING DECLARATIONS OF CANDIDACY

ZONE NO. 1 & 4

THE PUBLIC SHALL TAKE NOTICE that an election shall be held on May 15, 2007, within said district for the purpose of electing a school trustee pursuant to Idaho law.

Persons seeking election to the position of trustee shall be subject to the provisions of this Notice.

Any person legally qualified to hold the office of school trustee for Lake Pend Oreille School District No. 84, Zone No. 1 or Zone No. 4 may file a Declaration of Candidacy for that office.

Declarations of Candidacy meeting all legal requirements shall be filed with the Clerk of the district at the District Office located at 901 Triangle Drive, Ponderay, Idaho no later than 5:00 PM, April 13, 2007.
