NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING AND HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bonner County Commissioners on Wednesday, April 25, 2007, will conduct a public meeting beginning at 9:00 a.m. at the site of the proposed "Buffalo Jump" planned unit development and subdivision located at the Lower Quartz Creek Road, for the purpose of a site review relating to Files C864-06 and S1411-06. No public testimony will be taken at this time.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bonner County Commissioners will hold a public hearing at the following time on Wednesday, April 25, 2007, in the Blue Lake Community Hall, on Eastside Road, approximately nine miles north of Priest River, to consider the following requests:

10:30 A.M. - FILES C864-06 - CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A SMALL-SCALE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT & S1411-06 - BUFFALO JUMP - PRELIMINARY PLAT - JOHN & DAWN WATKINS are seeking approval for a planned unit development and preliminary plat to subdivide +/-60 acres into ten residential lots ranging in size from 2.55 acres to 3.83 acres and +/-29.6 acres of common area. The site is located on the Priest River, along Lower Quartz Creek Road, +/-8.5 miles north of the city of Priest River. The property is zoned Rural and is located in Section 18, Township 57 North, Range 4 West, B.M. The Planning & Zoning Commission at its regularly scheduled public hearing of March 15th, recommended denial of these applications to the Board of County Commissioners.

Please contact the Bonner County Planning Department the day before the scheduled hearing to verify if these items will be heard on the date and at the time specified or continued to another date and time.
