From the northwesterly corner of Lot 1, Block 5 of Talache Village, a plat recorded in the records of Bonner County in Book 2 of Plats, page 78; thence North 30o44'21" West, a distance of 50.00 feet to the northerly right-of-way line of Lakeside Drive of said Talache Village; thence North 59o15'39" East along said Lakeside Drive, a distance of 63.68 feet to the true point of beginning; thence continuing along said northerly right-of-way North 59o15'39" East a distance of 60.48 feet; thence leaving said Lakeside Drive, North 84o25'24" West a distance of 93.82 feet to the southeasterly corner of that tract of land described in Warranty Deed No. 642386, records of Bonner County; thence South 46o34'40" East a distance of 57.58 feet to the true point of beginning.

PARCEL 2:

A tract of land in the Mexico Mineral Survey No. 2559, in Government Lot 2, Section 8, Township 55 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian, Bonner County, Idaho more specifically described as follows:

From the witness corner to corner number 4 of said Mexico Claim, which point is North 79o44' West, a distance of 104.28 feet from said corner number 4; thence North 79o44' West, along the North line of said Mexico Claim, a distance of 0.41 feet to the northerly right-of-way of Lakeside Drive as shown on the plat of Talache Village, recorded in Book 2 of Plats, at page 78; thence 41.12 feet, along a curve to the left, whose radius is 282.82 feet, and whose chord bears South 63o25'48" West, a distance of 41.08 feet; thence South 59o15'55" West, a distance of 1.48 feet to the northeasterly corner of Parcel 1, herein described; thence North 84o25'24" West, along the northerly line of said parcel 1, a distance of 93.82 feet to the southeasterly corner of that tract of land described in Warranty Deed 642386, records of Bonner County, Idaho; thence along the easterly line of said parcel, North 56o41'23" East, a distance of 48.30 feet to the North line of the said Mexico Claim; thence South 79o44' East along said North line of the Mexico Claim a distance of 92.80 feet to the true point of beginning.
