PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE CITY OF EAST HOPE

The City Council of East Hope will hold a public hearing on April 26, 2007 beginning at 2:00 p.m. at the East Hope City Hall, 505 Wellington Place, East Hope, regarding the following application:

A request by Barry Moore of PO Box 1057, Thompson Falls, Montana for a five (5) foot setback variance to allow conversion of a garage into temporary living space and storage. City ordinance allows a 10 foot setback for waterfront. The property is zoned shoreline and is more particularly described as:

Lot 11, Block 1 of PRINGLES ADDITION TO EAST HOPE, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Book 1 of Plats, page 185, records of Bonner County, Idaho.

Receipt of this notice indicates property ownership within 300 feet of the above subject property.

The public hearing will be conducted on Thursday April 26, 2007 at 2:00 pm at the East Hope City Hall located at 505 Wellington Place, East Hope, ID.
