Steven Anthony Escalante, 27

Steven Anthony Escalante, 27, passed away suddenly and peacefully on April 1, 2007, in Seattle.

Steven was born Feb. 23, 1980, in California.

He came to Sandpoint at the age of 1 and he had a great time growing up here.

After graduating from Sandpoint High School, he worked at several local restaurants.

Steven was really fond of traveling and meeting new people.

He always shared his life and wisdom. He touched many hearts. We all really miss him.

Steven is survived by his parents, Steve and Rose Escalante of Sandpoint; his brother, Jason and Jerrod Escalante of Dallas, Texas; his uncle, David, and aunt, Regina, Lathom of Sandpoint; his grandma Escalante of California; and his grandma and grandpa Giamanco of Florida; as well as many more family and friends.
