NOTICE OF HEARING ON NAME CHANGE

A Petition to change the name of Jennifer Ann Jeffries born 11/25/66 in Ft. Bragg, North Carolina residing at 324 St. Clair, Sandpoint, has been filed in Bonner County District Court, Idaho. The name will change to Jennifer Ann Frushon because I wish to have my maiden name back.

The petitioner's father is living and his address is 2048 S. McKenzie Sparks, NV 89431.

A hearing on the petition is scheduled for 9:30 o'clock a.m. on May 21, 2007, at the County Courthouse before the Honorable Debra A Heise. Objections may be filed by any person who can show the court a good reason against the name change.
