in the real estate described in the complaint herein

Defendants

NOTICE TO DEFENDANTS: Fern Slavens, Gordon Daugharty, Jr., Mark Daugharty, and Ethel Louise Daugharty, heirs of Josephne Daugharty, deceased and all other persons or parties unknown claiming any right, title, estate, lien, or other interest in the real estate described in the complaint herein.

You have been sued by KORY HOLDERMAN, the Plaintiff, in the District Court in and for Bonner County, Idaho, Case No. CV. 2007-0449.

The nature of the claim against you is an action for Quiet Title and Declaratory Relief regarding real property located in the County of Bonner, State of Idaho, legally described as follows:

A strip of land, 12 feet wide, 4 feet on the East side and 8 feet on the West side of the following described centerline in the East half of the Southeast quarter of Section 27, Township 56 North, Range 2 East, Boise Meridian, Bonner County, Idaho, more particularly described as follows:

BEGINNING at a point on the South line of Section 27, Township 56 North, Range 2 East, B.M., 970 feet West of the Southeast corner of said Section 27; thence North 14°39' East 1907.0 feet; thence North 24°39' East 649.0 feet to the South line of the acre tract owned by the Village of Clarks Fork.

EXCEPTING therefrom that portion deeded to the State of Idaho, Department of Fish and Game in deed recorded September 17, 1942 in Book 66 of Deeds, page 90, records of Bonner County, Idaho.

AND

A strip of land 25 feet in width along the South side of the East and West sub-line of said Section 27; beginning at a point on said sub-line, 398.3 feet West of the East quarter corner of said Section 27 and extending West along said sub-line approximately 200 feet to the present Lightning Creek Road.

Any time after 20 days following the last publication of this summons, the court may enter a judgment against you without further notice, unless prior to that time you have filed a written response in the proper form, including the Case No., and paid any required filing fee to the Clerk of the Court at Bonner County District Court, 215 South First Avenue, Sandpoint, Idaho 83864, (208)265-1432, and served a copy of your response on the plaintiffs' attorney at, 101 First Avenue, Suite 104, Sandpoint, Idaho, 83864, Phone: 208-255-1323.
