NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bonner County Commissioners will hold public hearings at the following times on Wednesday, May 2, 2007, in the Board Room of the Bonner County Courthouse, 215 S. First Avenue, Sandpoint, Idaho, to consider the following requests:
1:30 P.M. - FILE SS1416-06 - ALLSOP ACRES - PRELIMINARY PLAT - JIM AND SKYE ALLSOP are requesting to subdivide a +/-20.5 acre tract into 4 lots between +/-5.07 to +/-5.12 acres in size. The site is zoned Rural and is located off of Spirit Lake Cutoff Road, +/-3 miles northeast of the community of Blanchard, in Section 29, Township 54 North, Range 4 West, B.M.
1:45 P.M. - FILE SS1436-06 - KESTREL MEADOWS SUBDIVISION - PRELIMINARY PLAT -. DAN EICH ET AL are requesting to subdivide a +/-20.59-acre parcel into two lots of 10.43 and 10.16 acres in size. The site is zoned Agricultural and is located off of Cocolalla Loop Road, +/-13 miles south of Sandpoint, in Section 19, Township 55 North, Range 2 West, B.M.
Please contact the Bonner County Planning Department the day before the scheduled hearings to verify if these items will be heard on the date and at the time specified or continued to another date and time.

IN THE EVENT THAT OCCUPANCY OF THE BOARD ROOM EXCEEDS FIRE CODE STANDARDS, THE HEARINGS COULD BE RELOCATED TO ANOTHER PUBLIC LOCATION WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. SIGNS WILL BE POSTED IDENTIFYING THE NEW LOCATION.
