NOTICE OF PUBLIC

HEARING

NOTICE is hereby given that the Ponderay City Council shall conduct a public hearing on Monday, the 7th day of May, 2007, at Ponderay City Hall, 288 4th Street, commencing at 6:00 p.m. Said hearing is for public input for the following:

1. To receive input and discuss the proposed amendments to Ponderay Municipal Code Title 10

the Subdivision Ordinance of said City. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of said amendments after a public hearing was held.

The proposed amendments may be reviewed at the Ponderay City Clerk's office, 288 4th Street, during regular business hours.

Written comments must be received by the Ponderay City Council, P.O. Box 500, Ponderay, Idaho, 83852, one week prior to the hearing date.
