NOTICE OF HEARING ON NAME CHANGE

A Petition to change the name of Donald Ward Johnston, born 11/11/63 in Nelsonville, Ohio, residing at 326 Lavina, Sandpoint, has been filed in Bonner County District Court, Idaho. The name will change to Donny Ward McClure becuase First name given by estranged father and taking my wife°Os name (recently married).

The petitioner°Os father has died and the names and addresses of his closet relatives are: Sandy Nolan, 281 Westview, Kaleden, BC, Canada, VOH 1KO. The petitioner°Os mother is living and her address is 2536 16A St. 55, Calgary, AB T2G3T1.

A hearing on the petition is scheduled for 9:00 o°Oclock a.m. on May 21, 2007, at the County Courthouse before Judge Buchanan. Objection may be filed by any person who can show the court a good reason against the name change.
