NOTICE OF

PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE is hereby given that the Ponderay Planning and Zoning Commission shall conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, the 11th day of April, 2007, at Ponderay City Hall, 288 4th Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. Said hearing is for public input for the following:

1. To receive input and discuss the proposed amendments to Ponderay Municipal Code Title 10

the Subdivision Ordinance and Title 11 the Planning and Zoning Ordinance of said City.

The proposed amendments may be reviewed at the Ponderay City Clerk°Os office, 288 4th Street, during regular business hours.

Written comments must be received by the Ponderay Planning and Zoning Commission, P.O. Box 500, Ponderay, Idaho, 83852, one week prior to the hearing date.
