NOTICE OF HEARING ON NAME CHANGE

A Petition to change the name of Matthew Bahrych Waterhouse born April 17, 2002 in Anacortes, WA residing at 310 Lake St. Sandpoint, ID 83864 has been filed in First Bonner County District Court, Idaho. The name will change to Matthew Buhrych Squires, because child has no memory of biological father and no association with Waterhouse name. Father was convicted of assaulting mother in Klug county (2003). Child will be entering public school in fall. Don't want any confusion or bad memories due to unknown last name.

Child's father is living whereabouts are unknown.

Child's mother is living.

A hearing on the petition is scheduled for 1:30 o'clock p.m. on May 14, 2007, at the County Courthouse. Objections may be filed by any person who can show the court a good reason against the name changes.
