Have fun and help the Festival

| April 25, 2007 9:00 PM

There aren't many event like it — a chance to dress up (or come as you are) and help a great organization at the same time.

Friday is one of those occasions as the Festival at Sandpoint holds its seventh annual Taste of the Stars. With a gourmet dinner and some of the best wines in the region available to taste, it's a night that shines on its own right.

Add in the silent auction and live auction events — and the fact that proceeds benefit the Festival at Sandpoint and helps offset a significant portion of the costs to put on the annual summer concert series.

This year, the goal is to raise $35,000.

Tickets are available at the Festival office at the Old Power House building and include unlimited wine tasting, a gourmet dinner and plenty of fun and good times.

If you don't already have your tickets, give the folks at the Festival a call.
