Mary Emma Roeder, 94, passed away Monday, April 23, 2007 in Sandoint, Idaho.

Memorial services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 28, 2007, in the Southside Community Church. Pastor Rick McLeod will officiate.

Memorial services will also be conducted at 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 28, 2007, in the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, on the Dover Highway in Sandpoint. Ted Winget will conduct the services.

Mary was born in DeWitt, Iowa on Aug. 4, 1912. She attended schools in DeWitt, Iowa; Ogden, Utah; and Pocatello, Idaho. She later moved to Long Beach, California and graduated from beauty School.

She worked as a beautician, and lived, in Long Beach, Burbank, San Luis Obispo, and Arroyo Grande, Calif. In 1994 she moved to the Sandpoint area to be with her family.

Mary was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses.

Two daughters, Pearl Howard of Cocolalla, Idaho, and Elizabeth Joy Ogden of Richfield, Utah; six grandchildren Sam, Cassie, David, Donald, Benjamin, and Carol; and 18 great-grandchildren and 16 great-great-grandchildren survive her.

Her parents, her brother, two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren preceded her in death.
