NOTICE OF MUNICIPAL ELECTION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That a special election to be held in and for the City of Hope, Idaho, will be held Tuesday, May 22, 2007, on which day the polls will be open from 12:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M., at the Hope City Hall. The election is held for the purpose of a referendum on Ordinance #250 annexing the Martens-Rutherford property and issuing of Water Revenue Bonds for purposes provided by Ordinance #254.
