NOTICE OF CALL FOR BIDS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Board of Trustees of Lake Pend Oreille School District #84 for the following project:

Two (2) Bryan Boilers model # AB150-W-FDG 1,200 mbh/hr input, 30 bhp, packaged flexible steel bent tube water heating boilers

ASME Section IV to include:

Operating controls

High limit controls, and manual reset

ASME relief valve

Firing rate control

Combination pressure/temperature gauge

Low water cutoff, manual

Two (2) Weishaupt burners, model # WG30N/1-C, ZM-LN natural gas burners, modulating, linkage-less controls, LN low NOx head, 120v/1ph. 1-1/2" gas train, Siemens SKP10 + SKP20, UL/Csd-1

One (1) each Heat-Timer "Multi-Mod boiler lead/lag and sequencing control

To stage and modulate two full modulation burners. Panel will be stand alone with ability to reset system water temperature based on outdoor air temperature. Must include header sensor, well and boiler relays.

One (1) each John Woods model # JAER23-607 bladder type expansion tank

With 16" x72" vertical floor mount, ASME, 60 gallon for minimum 35 gallons of acceptance volume.

All items will be delivered to installer

Additional information may be picked up at the Lake Pend Oreille School District #84 Maintenance Shop located at 1700 Baldy Road, Sandpoint, Idaho.

Bids will be received by the Clerk of the Board at the Bonner County School District Office at 901 Triangle Dr, Ponderay, Id. 83852 until 10:00 AM, May 8 2007. Bids will be opened and tabulated at that time.

Please indicate "Farmin/Stidwell Elementary Boilers" on outside of bid envelope.

The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all bids and proposals and to waive any irregularities, and to be sole judge of the suitability of the interest of the School District.
