Thanks for staying, Stewie

Sandpoint High is indeed lucky to have Hollis "Stewie" Stewart as one of the junior varsity baseball coaches.

He has been a real asset and proven to be a coach who really cares and is concerned about the team. He works hard to instill a positive attitude and love for the game with endless devotion.

He had mentioned to the team about the possibility of moving up to the varsity team to be with his son during his last year of play. The JV team wasn't ready to let him go — their respect and admiration for him was great, yet his sacrifice was even grater — he stayed. A resounding "thank you" to coach Hollis Stewart.
