PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The City of Dover City Council will hold a public hearing on August 16th, 2007 beginning at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of taking public testimony regarding amending Ordinance 75 so as to establish a uniform method of measuring and determining building height of new construction.

The Dover City Council will conduct a public hearing on these matters beginning at 7:00 p.m. August 16, 2007 at the Dover City Hall, at 699 Lakeshore Avenue, Dover, Idaho. Copies of existing ordinance provisions and the application are available for public review during regular business hours by contacting 265-8339 or 263-4720. Public comment is encouraged.
