NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Sandpoint Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at their meeting on Tuesday, August 21, 2007, at 5:30 p.m. in the council chambers at City Hall, 1123 Lake Street, Sandpoint, ID, to consider the following:
1. CUP05-06 - A request by Gloria Gilbere to amend a Conditional Use Permit previously approved to allow multi-family housing in the Commercial "D" zone. As approved, the upper floor of an existing barn was converted into an apartment, with the lower floor of the existing barn to be used as additional residential space for either the apartment or separate, existing single-family residence located on the property. The Applicant is requesting amendment of the permit to allow the lower floor of the barn to be used as a separate residential unit. The site is located at 917 Lake Street and described as Lot 6, Block E, Law's Third Addition.
2. CUP07-06 (Gas N' Go Convenience Store) - A request by Sydney Oskoui for a Conditional Use Permit to allow for outdoor retail sales of items not customarily incidental to the permitted business use in the Commercial "D" zone. The site is located at 830 North Fifth Avenue on the northeast corner of Fifth Avenue and Larch Street, and described as Tax No. 103. less the North 158 feet and Tax No. 194; Tax No. 182; and Tax No. 34 less the East 5 feet, and Tax No. 152, in Section 15, Township 57 North, Range 2 W.B.M.
3. CUP07-07 - A request by Michael Kinney for a Conditional Use Permit to allow construction of 15 a multi-family unit complex in the Residence "C" zone. The site is located at 1118 N. Division Avenue on the southeast corner of Division and Walnut Street, and described as Lots 1 through 10, Block 2, Farmin's 6th Addition.
