HEATING FUEL

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Board of Trustees of Lake Pend Oreille School District No. 84, Bonner County Idaho, for furnishing the following product for the 2006-2007 school term which ends June 30, 2008:

HEATING OIL AND

PROPANE - for heating fuel

DIESEL AND GASOLINE - for bus fuel

Detailed information is available from Sid Rayfield, 1700 Baldy Mountain Road, Sandpoint, Idaho 83864, phone (208)263-4137 between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday until day of bid opening regarding heating fuel and bus fuel.

Bids must be submitted on or before 10:00 AM on Thursday, August 16, 2007 to Clerk of the Board of Trustees, Lake Pend Oreille School District Office, 901 Triangle Drive, Ponderay, Idaho 83852, at which time and place the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after the stated time and date will not be considered. Please indicate on outside of bid envelope "Bus Fuel" or "Heating Fuel."

The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all bids and proposals and to waive any irregularities, and to be the sole judge of the suitability of the interest of the School District.
